The Black Dove. A wealthy establishment, the only one left really. It was fancy and gorgeous, just like the fact it is wealthy, the only one left. It had many tables made of fine glass with long, golden, elegant legs. A piano sits on a large stage, a Steinway grand piano. It is a beautiful ebony, with engraved doves on it due to it's name. A beautiful woman sat on the stool at the piano,, her fingers gently playing a soft song on the grand piano. She glanced at the window, the sky darkening, and many of the upper people coming to the establishment for dinner. A smirk played apon her lips, before she returned her attention to the keys.
The woman sitting at the piano was beautiful like the piano she played. Long blonde hair was tied up into a bun, though it was hidden under a dark French beret. She had dark blue eyes, cool and collected like a calm ocean. She wore a dress that was black like her beret that went to her knees, where long, stiletto boots, climbed up. Covering her hands were elegant black gloves, made of fine silk like her dress. There was more than meets the eyes.
Venus. Age - unknown. Somewhere in her 20's. A French/Japanese assassin sent to take down a government official that was coming here for dinner that very night. He was corrupt, and her mission was to bring him to justice. She was in disguise; not the first time, she had done it plenty of times before when she was taking down someone like this. She wasn't always rough.
She glanced at the glass entrance, frowning. 'He'll be here soon..' She thought to herself, turning back to her elegant keys. This was her first contract in a week or two. She had been training more, and in different weapons. She had various weapons on her right now, all of them hidden on her slim form.
She knew she had a bigger foe than this man if she did indeed kill him. The man who promised to kill her if she killed another..

With her arm around the man she had successfully seduced (and with a time record, I might add, of only five minutes of exchanging words) she had this man wrapped around her finger like it was no one's business. And she smiled to prove it. A smile that may look sweet and innocent, also had a mischievous edge to it because yes... she was up to no good.
"Darling," she started as the doorman opened the doors to the restaurant she had never been to simply because she found the whole idea of sitting in a room full of stuck up rich humans revolting, "Will you excuse me? I have something I need to take care of." her hand tightened around his and he released her tiny hand with an ugly chuckle that had her cringing inside with disgust.
The chairman, who was actually one of the very few government officials who didn't mind living in a lawless city, moved in to kiss her cheek but Mu-n evaded his chapped lips and stopped him while she placed her forefinger against his lips, "what's wrong?" he asked.
Mu-n smiled sweetly at him, trying her hardest not to glare at him as he took in a big whiff of her perfume, "I need to go to the ladies room." she said quietly, leaning in closer to him as she whispered in his ear, "I won't be long," she murmured sultrily.
He backed away from her with a face expression that clearly showed how bad that had effected him. His face was beat red and an aroused smile stole his lips before disappearing into a thin line. He reached over and tucked her loose strand of hair behind her ear, he eyes her from head to toe. He had bought her the white dress she was wearing. It was a plain silk white, sleeves and strapless dress with a matching scarf to go with it. She wore pearl earrings that he had also bought to match the pearl shaded heels. Her hair was curled with a few trinkets to help keep the curls in place. He dressed her up like his Barbie doll, but Mu-n was more than eager to flip the switches, "I'll go fetch our table, beautiful," and he turned around without another word.
With him away from her presence, she took the time to look around, spotting the restrooms across the room but not before the piano music caught her attention. She watched the blond woman play, before walking past the stage and into the restrooms. When she hid herself in the stall, she let out the shudder she had been holding in for so long and crinkled her nose with disgust. The man wasn't that bad looking, but he had a nasty personality. Just for dinner. She only had to play Barbie for a little while longer.

She smiled. There he was. Her target. He was younger than she had expected him to be, but that wouldn't stop her. He was wanted dead, and she, an angel of death, was coming. Her smiled faded when she saw a woman with him. Something was odd about her... No matter. Venus was strong for a human and could fight quite well. One hand gently rubbed a kunai hidden on her leg. How would she kill this beast? A stab in the throat, maybe? No. Maybe decapitation? She had a folding fan with a poisoned blade on the edge.. Maybe she could prick him a little and he'd die of poison? Oh well, she'd decide that when the time came.
She had a plan though. She'd stop and bring everyone's attention to her. Everyone would quiet down and the lights would go off and turn to her. Then, she'd give the signal, and her Italian contact would cut the lights - pitch dark. She'd tell them of the technical difficulties and then to stay put. Then she'd transform from beautiful pianist to sexy assassin Venus! She smirked, as she played Chopin Fantasie. She was a good pianist, as she learned when she was little. She sometimes wondered why she chose this bloody path, but she immediately would slap the thoughts away.
Now was the time. She glanced towards the Italian man who aided her while she was in the area. She didn't have many friends, but one of them was this man. He had helped her in Italy more than once, and even one time in England while she was there. That was, until they both ended up being in Verada. They had barely came before the gate had shut. It had been a mistake of their's, but they still helped each other out.
He had gone to the lights, and was ready for her cue. She slammed her hands onto the piano to get everyone to stop and stare. "Good evening," she said, standing up. "Welcome to the Black Dove. Tonight I will be your entertainment." In just a few moments, she would bow and the lights would get turned off. As an assassin, she could coordinate in the darkness and end the official's life.

Like most woman, even though they would deny it through their teeth, Mu-n was vain. Yes, she cared about her appearance and yes, she would file her nails if one were to chip in a fight. She took good care of her appearance and while she looked looked at herself in the mirror, her eyes taking in her Barbie doll apperance... she realized that she wasn't happy with it at all. The dress was beautiful, but it wasn't her. Maybe if she had a lab coat then she would feel more comfortable...but once this man gave her the opportunity to finish him off, everything would be back to normal. Cleaning the lenses of her glasses, she took one last look at herself and shook her head with a dramatic sigh before placing them back on and headed back into the room to search for the table he had reserved for them.
The elegance of the room made Mu-n feel out of place. In fact, if she wasn't dressed up the way she was (as if she was someone important) then the serpente knew that should would stick out like a sore thumb. This was out of her element, but Mu-n would be crazy not to enjoy this fine moment of upper class in a broke down city. She spotted the arrogant chairman sitting at a table the was centered in the middle of the room and she made her way there silently. Her steps were quite despite the fact that she was wearing high heels and she maneuvered through the crowd without making so much as any ruckus and in fact, she be surprised if someone noticed her.
"Ah, there you are, my Love! Come, come take a seat!" Her hazel eyes watched as he stood up at her arrival, a polite gesture that made her quirk a small smirk because she was anything but the woman he thought she was.
Still, she sat down and the chairman followed suit, grabbing hold of her hand which made Mu-n fidget unwillingly as she was not the type to show public displays of affection, "have you ordered?" she asked sweetly, wiggling her hand away from his so that she could read the menu; a perfect excuse to get away from the affection without seeming rude.
"No, my dear. I was waiting for you, besides... why rush through dinner when have such extravagant entertainment?" he gestured toward the female pianist and Mu-n looked the blond with feigned jealousy.
"You prefer her company over mine?" she asked, not at all serious but rather in a playful matter. She moved her attention back to the man who was so caught up i her web that he wouldn't know what hit him when she finally went in for the kill.
Thankfully, he wasn't at all dense as he was cocky but he laughed at her playful statement and scooted his chair closer to her, "not at all..." he said quietly, his hand moving to rest on her thigh. As her eyes narrowed dangerously at his hand, and at that time the pianist had caught the attention of the room.
"Good evening... Welcome to the Black Dove. Tonight I will be your entertainment."
The room had started clapping, and the chairmen followed suit which thankfully meant that his hand had retreated from her personal space which saved him as Mu-n could feel the venom in her veins pumping with malevolence. To ensure that she wouldn't kill him prematurely, the serpente turned her attention to the pianist but didn't join the room as they clapped for her introduction.

Things had begun to move in sequence. This was all going according to her plan... The beautiful blonde was ready at any moment. When the lights went out, she would strip herself of this casual outfit and be in her bodysuit which lay underneath. Her blue eyes moved to the chairman. Oh, she should just play around with him a bit before she kills him, maybe... Would she be so cruel to him and his date? Maybe a little.
She winked to the official. Okay, okay. Don't get too ahead of yourself, Venus. She then began her bow... Bam. Out went the lights. Holding in her laughter, Venus started leaped into the air, discarding all of her casual clothes onto the stage. "Please, everyone stay calm! Our electronic difficulties will be fixed in a moment!" She said in an urgent kinda tone.
She landed silently infront of the table, pulling out a ninjato blade. A icy smirk played across her lips from cheek to cheek. She slowly crawled behind the official... Her free hand slammed onto his mouth, muffling his sound, and she quickly impaled him through the heart. She quickly put her blade back and leaped onto the stage, putting on the casual clothing.
"Our lights should come on in just a -" She stopped as the lights turned on, and she looked down a the corpse she had caused and let out a loud gasp.

The lights went out... and although her initial shock had prevented her realizing what was happening. When the entertainer mentioned "electronic difficulties" Mu-n had jumped to her feet, aware that this was out of the ordinary. For a wealthy restaurant like this to have light shortages, she knew something was up but she was more into protecting herself than paying attention to her date.
She felt the air shift in front of her, the air grew heavier and she saw the dark figure land on their table. And in the split second Mu-n saw the figure she jumped away from the table. She watched on and noticed the womanly figure target her date. Anger was quick to boil in her veins when she heard his muffled yelp of pain, only being able to hear it because she was so close. The lights had quickly turned on and her attention turned straight to the pianist, her hazel brown eyes full of rage aimed at no one but her, 'Assassin,' she thought to herself. Watching the woman tried to act surprised, but it did nothing to fool the serpente with anger steadily growing at a lethal level.
Nothing pissed off Mu-n more than someone stealing her kill.
A woman sitting not too far away from their table screamed when she saw the chairmen limp in his chair with blood spilling out by the second. Everyone started to panic and yell, fear taking over as they didn't want to be the next one dead. It started off with just a few couples leaving the building and soon panic was unleashed as the citizens jumped from their seats and either started to crowd around her table or rushed to leave the Black Dove.
"Lady, you're boyfriend's dead! Do something!"
Mu-n looked at the woman who called her out and regarded her for a split second before she ignore the girl and knelt down next to the chairman. She felt for a heartbeat and found one, though faint. Her hands went to move the man onto the floor. She moved to take the scarf off from around her neck and used it as a pillow for him. Her hands gradually emitted a purple hue and she went to work on healing him, even though she knew it was a lost cause.
At seeing her activate her powers, some people in the crowd gasped and either left the building through fear, started to call her out with nasty words, or there were the few humans who actually defended her under the pretense of her being an Aquila. After all, what serpente would help heal a human? Mu-n wouldn't have if it wasn't for the fact that she had a plan forming in her head.
Quickly, she went to repairing the muscle damage to his heart but through her healing energy she saw that the blade had pierced him straight through and that it was impossible to fix the damage. His heart beat slowed by the minute and she worked hard to stop the bleeding until finally his pulse stopped. He went limp and Mu-n stilled, the room grew quiet.
"At least he no longer has to suffer in this retched city," she said after a long period of silence, "he's dead." Her hands fisted in his shirt, trying to maintain her calm facade; she wanted to be the one to kill him.
She'd reclaim her kill by mudering the one who stole it from her.

Venus caught the eyes of the date of the man she had just finished. Contract complete. "Someone, get the security to look for the murderer!" She called, her face full of mock fear, though everyone seemed to believe. Except one, of course. She glanced at the date once more. Something wasn't quite right about her...
Her thoughts were confirmed when she began to try and heal the official. Damnit... She had killed the date of a Ryougan. Well eff. She thought, glancing towards the kitchen, where an exit could be found. When the security began to question the nearby people, she'd make her escape. The only thing they had about her was the fact she was blonde with blue eyes. Hello? This was Europe. Plenty of people have blonde hair and blue eyes. The only trait she had that others lacked was the accent, and they couldn't base an argument on accent.
But the date the official had brought; she may be more trouble than the government. The date was a beautiful woman, and looked like a doll a young girl might buy from a store. But she was a Ryougan... That put her at a disadvantage, especially if she has powers like the man she had foughten not too long ago. Then she would have to dodge the woman as best as possible.
She glanced up at her Italian friend and he nodded, before exiting. It was best she kept everyone distracted so he could leave safely, as he was not a fighter like she was. "Everyone, everyone! Please calm down. The authorities will be investigating I'm sure and the murderer will be brought to justice!" She said, slamming her hand into her fist. Yeah, too bad she wasn't gonna let that happen.
"Please just remain calm and let everything get sorted out; I'm sure your money will be refunded for tonight's inconvenience." She said, moving towards the steps to exit the stage. She just had to get out okay.

Although no one was talking, Mu-n could hear whispers throughout the crowd that had surrounded her and the chairman. She couldn't quite make-out what they were saying but someone in the crowd had started crying and it took all of Mu-n's restraint to not tell her to shut up, or make any remark against the salty tears she hated so much. Humans were disgusting creatures and here she was caught in the middle of at least a dozen. As bad as she wanted to start a massacre here, she knew that keeping a low profile would help her out down the long run. So instead of turning into a bloodthirsty monster (which was so tempting), she had decided to remain calm about this and go after the assassin discreetly.
While she was hoping the woman would approach to make herself seem more innocent, she didn't. Mu-n looked up and saw her inching her way toward the stages exit, and Mu-n would not let her escape without giving her a piece of her mind first, and even then she might not be able to use her legs once Mu-n was through. Standing up, Mu-n brushed past the people who watched her with questioning looks, wondering what she would do now that her 'boyfriend' was dead. It annoyed her that people were that nosy, but it also gave her an advantage simply because if she went to approach the assassin who everyone thought was innocent and she ran away from Mu-n, it would give the others license to suspect her.
Mu-n was now standing at the end of the stage, waiting for the woman to get closer. The serpente smiled at her, and since the crowd had thought she was an Aquila they didn't know that she was up to something and if the woman ran, they would began to suspect why. If the humans were smart enough, they would be able to put the pieces together and finish the puzzle by themselves. She was hoping that the woman wouldn't run, because not only would that piss her off even more... Mu-n hated running in high heels.

Venus smiled back at the woman that had come with her target. But she wasn't stupid. Instead of going to the end of the steps, she lightly stepped off of them before she reached the end. She then began to walk into the crowd. She'd have to avoid the woman as best as possible and find a different escape route. She could probably lose the woman in the crowd, get back to the stage and move behind the curtains. There, she could probably climb up some and use a vent back to the kitchen.
Venus couldn't take a Ryougan if they were fast like her. Like fighting with fire, it ended with her loss. Therefor, she needed to make sure she kept her distance from the superhuman. Sure, she healed, but that couldn't be her only ability. She didn't want to find out.
She pulled off her hat once she had entered the crowd. She pulled her bun out, letting her blonde hair return to it's usual appearance. She was deciding to overlook her past decision. A quiet exit would no longer be possible.
"Ready for your appetizer, folks?" She whispered to herself. She suddenly leapt into the air, discarding the casual wear she had been wearing. "Oh how nice it is to finally be rid of that! Now, let's get out of here shall we?" She laughed, landing onto of a table. The crowd then began to notice her. She flipped through the air and went towards the kitchen.

Mu-n watched with calculating eyes as the woman jumped all over the room, and when she finally landed, Mu-n had already determined where she would try to go and ran off in that direction. The Serpente was determined to stop her, shed all hopes from that woman and convince her with pain that there'd be no escape from her, not once she got her hands on the blond woman. Now that she was avoiding her, Mu-n was determined to break her.
She caught up with the woman as she headed toward the kitchen and M-n increased her speed and stopped right in front the assassin, "If you're dauntless to kill, have the backbone to fight!" Instantly a wire had grown out from her shoulder blade and quickly went to wrap around the woman's neck to keep her from pulling anymore flips in attempt to leave. Pulling her closer, Mu-n studied her blue eyes silently before violently shoving the woman back against the wall while confining her hands with her own to prevent her from using them.
Mu-n leaned in closer to her and the wire tightened around the woman's neck, "I can't tell if I'm insulted by your attempt to escape me, or if I'm encouraged enough to pluck off you arms and legs," she spoke softly, but the anger was visible in her voice, "You stole something from me, and you're not leaving until I get it back. Now, choose; fight me fairly and I'll release you, resist me and I will kill you."
That was probably the nicest thing she's ever done for anyone; give them a chance to fight for their life. Well, aside from Nehnna. Come to think of it, Mu-n was slightly impressed with the speed the human possessed. Depending on her answer, the serpente might just go easy on her and let her live.

"Either you're a really nice Serpente or you're an Aquila... Or your just someone stuck in the middle." She smirked as she shoved her against the wall. "Very well, a fair fight would be the best. I'd be a terrible assassin without my legs and arms. It'd be hard to swing a sword with just my mouth, you know." Her smirk turned into a small laugh. "Now, if you could so kindly take this... wire, off my neck, and remove your hands from mine, we can begin." She said, her face turning back to normal.
She had changed alot since her encounter with the fast Ryougan. After that loss, she had opened up somewhat, though not to people. She just showed her personality a bit more. It made her realize she could die at any moment, so she needed to atleast show her true colors. Of course, it still wasn't drastically often she showed her emotions still.
Oh god, she couldn't let her thoughts mess her up again. She needed to pay attention. She usually didn't wander off like this during a fight, even with Ryougan. Why did the other one and this woman do that to her? She couldn't lose this time. This one might not be so generous as he was.
Her feet planted firmly on the ground, she regathered her thoughts and looked at the woman. Apparently her thoughts had gone rather quickly, she still was in the grasp of the woman she was about to face. "And I do think... formal, introductions are due. Why do you go first, my lady?" She smirked once more.

"Hm, I have to say... I'm rather disappointed that you didn't beg for your life. As annoying as it is, it's just as fun to watch."
She dropped the woman and her wire retracted back into her body. Looking for honesty in the girl's eyes, she realized her hands when she found it. The assassin was asking for her name, but Mu-n didn't feel the need to give it out. She hadn't known this woman for anything but stealing her kill, and by far... Mu-n wasn't liking her. Although, how the petite woman managed to remain was alluring, she refused to accept this woman until she saw how she fought.
Mu-n promised she wouldn't be using her powers for this fight. Yes, she liked to kill... but she was also a woman who had morals. This woman before had no powers but Mu-n had witnessed the agility and swiftness she possessed. A kill wouldn't be a kill if she used her powers. She wouldn't even had used her wires if she didn't feel the need to contain her. A fair fight meant equal abilities, Mu-n wasn't going to use more than what this woman gave.
Turning her back to the audience that stood behind them, she took a few steps toward them and spoke one word that had them scrambling for the door, "leave," with a hostile voice that burned in her throat. She wanted no interference in this fight. When the room was cleared, she turned back to look at the woman, "your move."

"Oh, come now. No need to be rude. We're going to be at each other's throats in just a moment. It's only right I know your name before I try to make you hurt. But, ah well. I guess I'll do without." She said, pulling out six hira-shuriken, one in between three fingers in both hands. She took a few steps, moving slowly. She winked at the woman and leaped into the air, sending one hand of shuriken at her before sending, readying her next hand before throwing them.
"Let's start this party, then!" She laughed and struck a pose, knowing her foe would be too distracted for that moment. Before going back to her normal stature for combat, she pulled out a very extravagant katana, the blade made of stainless steel. The tsuba was different then most would expect, instead of the normal boring tsuba it was instead a beautiful butterfly, pink, greens, blues, purples, the butterfly was a beautiful decoration and was still very helpful at the same time. The hilt was, instead of dark colors, the same colors as the butterfly. It was odd for someone like her to wield a beautiful weapon such as this, but it served it's purpose.
Next she pulled out her rapier, which, though not as beautiful as her new katana, was still beautiful, made of sterling silver, with sapphires decorating the hilt. "Oh, the money of the assassin allows one to kill so beautiful." She laughed, blowing the date a kiss, before entering battle position. "Come on."
