RULES

Alright, an administrator is just like everyone else here (only with a lot more power). And just like you guys, I wouldn't want to join a site that has BILLIONS of rules to follow that drain out all the fun. So I'll keep this short and simple.
Number One:
The ever popular, Godmodding, powermodding, autoing--all that jazz is out of question here. I'm sure you all know what those terms are. It applies to all RPGs, this one included. So don't do it.
- Godmodding--is basically having a character that has that oh so powerful, "I know all, see all, and am all," personality.
- Powermodding--usually takes place in battles. It's when a character has fast recovery from a hit or continuously dodges attacks without getting tired...ect.
- Autoing-- this should be obvious. No auto attacks. None of that I-stab-you-in-the-arm-and-watch-as-you-bleed-to-death nonsense.
(That's all kindergarten stuff, leave it where it belongs--away from my forum, thanks.)
Number Two:
Do not threaten, insult, scare, hurt, tease, discriminate or even disrespect any of the members or guests to this forum. Keep in mind that fighting fire with fire is a dumb idea.
Number Three:
No NC-17. It's an R rated site for blood, gore, language, and SLIGHT sexual content. You can rp up to the point, but please spare us the details and just skip to the aftermath.
Number Four:
LANGUAGE--One simple little thing I need you guys to be cautious of. Please keep the cursing and foul language to a minimum when not in character, and DON'T be immature about it when you do use it. If you're rping, and your character happens to have a potty mouth, try to keep in mind the age of person (not character) you're rping with and use your best judgment.
Quickies
- No disappearing without letting other members know.
Why? Because it will slow the game down. If you can't respond to a thread for a period of time please inform the staff via pm or make a thread in the away board. Though, I can understand if something unexpected happens. So if you happen to get deleted after an activity check just remember that all character information will be safely stored in the archives.
- Do not hog the thread you are in.
Give the other characters a chance to post. Wait until all other characters included in the thread post before you respond a second time. If a person doesn't post within three days, feel free to skip their turn.
- Type in third person
That's using your character's name, he, she and all that jazz. None of that, "I waited for her to respond," it should be, "Bob waited for her to respond." Get it? Got it? Good.
- Read the plot before joining.
I do not want dead members on my site. If the plot does not interest you, DO NOT JOIN. If you go inactive because of lost interest, delete your account.
- No one liners.
Don't know what that is? It's making post with a single sentence. That's a no-no here. Please make all posts a minimum of eight complete sentences in length.
A Favor for the Staff?
If you come across a grammar error, in any main thread/board descriptions/category names, please let a staff member know! The Staff Team aren't walking dictionaries, and we would appreciate it very much if the members help us out on this part. Thanks!
Last But Not Least:
HAVE FUN!
Please know that more will be added if needed, and it will be your duty as a member to the site to check up on the rules every now and then. And don't worry, I'll be able to tell if you've read the rules or not.
