Personality:
Likes/Dislikes Likes: Super Heroes Justice!

History: As a child comic books and cartoons about superheroes were just as much responsible for raising Lucio as his parents were. The heroic defenders of justice were idols to him, everything he did was an attempt to become as noble as they were. This often got him picked on by other kids but this only strengthened his resolve to become a superhero.
As an adult Lucio struggled to keep steady jobs because of daydreaming and going against what his bosses told him to do because he felt it was dishonest. This slowly caused him to lose hope in superheroes until a certain event.
Once the Morte Notturno War became public knowledge people with powers that could let them do things that shouldn't be possible came pouring from the shadows and revived his desire for justice. He believed that if his conviction was strong enough, that he could defeat the evil Ryougans and help the city get back under control.
So for the following week he started on his costume. He wanted to lead the city to a new brighter, happier time. A time where people can walk down the street alone and not fear being attacked. He thought long and hard about what his theme should be. He looked harmless compared to the powerful Ryougans but he felt that his perceived weakness would eventually be their downfall .
The answer was obvious: the rabbit.
